I became aware of Mariya through Instagram. I followed her for a long time and really liked her content. The Skin & Health program with Mariya is worth every penny! I had been struggling with my skin for a long time, especially with underlays and abscesses on my face as well as scars. I can fully recommend the coaching. No dermatologist and no beauty treatment, no matter how expensive, has improved my skin condition as much as Mariya's coaching. A long-awaited wish is now a reality - feeling good without make-up.

Although I am 6 months into my coaching, I would like to give my first feedback after just over 3 months.

I am simply overwhelmed by all the knowledge.

Quality: Extremely good. The content is top-notch and very well explained.

Benefit: This knowledge is an enrichment for me personally. The content is designed in such a way that at the end, even without supervision, you know how to proceed. You learn which tests you need, how to evaluate them and the procedures for individual complaints. That's why the benefit for me is very high.

Implementation: Very user-friendly. Very easy to organize. You can go through the different modules at your own pace without putting yourself under pressure and it's all very well structured.

Advice: I have to say an extra thank you here. The advice and help is really very good. I am in VIP coaching and can ask my questions directly to Mariya. I get an answer to every one of my questions. I really notice how much effort she puts into answering everything in as much detail as possible and you can tell that she wants to help you and offer a solution. Even if you are not in the VIP, there are group coaching sessions every week where you can ask questions and a community (closed group) where you can post your questions and they will be answered via the comment function. Mariya doesn't work alone here either. She has several people in the team, such as a naturopath, nutritionist, mindset coach, etc., who accompany you on your journey. The back office is also always there for you for organizational matters. So the bottom line is that the support is excellent.

My conclusion after just under 3 months is: I've already noticed a lot of positive changes and I'm very excited to see what happens after three more months.

I have been struggling for years with recurring intestinal problems such as indigestion, bloating and intolerances. I've been to several doctors in 10 years and had different tests and still nothing was found.

When I stopped taking the pill three years ago, I didn't actually have any side effects. Nevertheless, I learned through the coaching that my hormone balance is really messed up and that this also affects my skin. I did 4 months of coaching with Mariya and her great team and have now extended it. I was struggling with a hormonal imbalance which led to acne, PMS and period pain. Mariya convinced me during one of her free weekend workshops. I had been struggling with blemished skin for half my life (I am 37 years old). I had previously damaged my skin with many peelings. Mariya's skincare and skin-friendly make-up cannot be compared with any other products I've had before. The pimples are receding and the main shine has also regulated enormously. Before I started coaching, I had been struggling for 10 years with severe inflammation and underlays on my face. Digestive problems such as diarrhea, flatulence and a bloated belly were part of my everyday life. Before my period, I suffered from breast pain, water retention, mood swings and constant tiredness. Hair loss was also an issue.

I tried numerous skincare products, underwent cosmetic treatments such as cleansing, microneedling, laser treatments and fruit acid peels, as well as a year-long course of treatment with a naturopath. But despite all this, it only brought short-term relief and there was no significant improvement.
