It was important to me that I had someone at my side as a coach who would also take unusual paths, who would think in the new era and therefore see a wide range of possibilities, but also look at the pain differently. Someone who also sees that in addition to an intact relationship, a bond-oriented relationship with my child is also important to me. Martin combines both of these things, which made our choice clear.
We are very grateful to Martin for allowing us to have him by our side. Because a few months ago I had already decided to leave this relationship. Now we are at the point where we can see how we can integrate all our wishes into this relationship if necessary.
Your understanding, calm and open manner was also very valuable to us. Even when things got difficult, Martin was able to carry us through this time with one-to-one conversations.

I had booked an initial consultation with Martin. Right from the start, he was completely present, held a safe space and was empathetic. His impulses reminded me of a completely different perspective that I had lost over time. The consultation was thoroughly enriching and I really enjoyed working with him. Afterwards, I received a written summary, including suggestions for the future. Great. Satisfied all round.

Ein einzelnes Gespräch mit Herrn Gleiss hat im Anschluss gleich positive Veränderungen in der Familie gebracht. Er hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen und somit einen umfassenden Überblick über die gesamte Situation erhalten wodurch er wichtige Hilfe sein konnte und war. Er macht seine Arbeit mit Herz und Verstand und ist stets präsent. Ich kann ihn nur jedem der Hilfe sucht weiterempfehlen.

Ich kann Herrn Martin Gleiß nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Er hat sich sehr viel Zeit für mich genommen und hat mir sehr gut zugehört. Er ist sehr strukturiert und ruhig im Umgang mit seinen Klienten/Klientinnen. Ich habe sehr viele Impulse erhalten wie ich meine 3 jährige Tochter gut auf ein bevorstehendes Geschwisterchen vorbereiten kann. Es waren sehr viele Ratschläge, die auch umsetzbar sind und sicherlich sehr hilfreich sein werden.

As a rather anxious person, I have learned to appreciate one thing: people with patience - and Mr. Gleiß definitely has that.
He made me feel seen and taken seriously. It was obvious that counseling is important to him and that he wants to support us in our family life. He recognizes the source of problems and develops solution strategies that suit us perfectly. I feel very well looked after and so confident that I can ask all my questions without worry.

I felt welcome and very comfortable from the very first moment. His calm manner and the resulting pleasant atmosphere made it relatively easy for me to open up. Mr. Gleiß has the ability to recognize complex relationships and was therefore able to help me to sort out and understand my own thoughts and feelings more clearly. The systemic approach helped me to overcome my personal challenges and also to find new solutions in perspective.

I went to see Mr. Gleiss in order to find solutions to everyday situations that arise between parents and children. My problems were heard and taken seriously and Mr. Gleiß was able to quickly identify, understand and name the core problem and together we worked out realistic goals that were easy to implement in everyday life. I felt professionally advised and will visit Mr. Gleiß again in the future.
