Whether it's an incomparable canoe trip lasting several days or everyday things and processes from nature that are familiar to us from childhood - Martin describes things with one or two humorous and playful sentences and profound parables in such a way that you can't help but transfer what he says to your own life and situation with a hearty laugh. In doing so, Martin opens up indescribably wonderful and valuable spaces in which people can recognize themselves at the deepest level and find themselves. And before you know it, you will have developed a completely new and positive mindset and awareness and will be able to "get into the flow" of life with a lot of flow and ease.

Martin's authenticity and approachability are exceptional. No fakes, nothing fake - he radiates pure energy. A walking encyclopedia full of love and humor that inspires and encourages. An impressive person with a completely unique holistic approach in which the coachee's partner, children, family and environment are not only considered, but also fully integrated into the coaching process if desired.

If someone had the opportunity to take part in one of Martin's offers and asked me for my opinion, I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Experiencing nature with my son.
Thank you very much for this valuable experience and this precious time with my son.
This shared experience was a gift for our father-son relationship.
We were able to experience nature up close in peace and quiet.
There were many challenges and experiences in the natural landscape of Poland, such as crossing over or under trees, meditative paddling, wonderful mudflat hikes, camping, crossing beaver dams, personal hygiene by the river, food in abundance. Visiting beekeepers with lots of hospitality.
Collecting wood, making a fire. Building sandcastles and appreciating what we had built.
We created a respectful community with a positive group dynamic that faced the challenges together. What enriching gifts.

This four-day family constellation retreat with Martin and Andree was the most powerful experience I have ever had. So much healing, such great people, so much acceptance and letting go! Together with my husband, we were able to look at issues and bring them into a new order - for our whole family at a depth that I would not have expected to be possible. Here it was possible to really dive deep beyond the rational mind. I feel that we were able to rediscover a source of strength within us here and I am so infinitely grateful for that!
We arrived at the retreat in a state where we hardly wanted to talk to each other and returned to our everyday lives as if we had just fallen in love with each other. (My husband keeps asking me "What can I do?" and treats me like a queen and I see him standing in his powerful place and that feels so good!!!) And our children immediately resonated with this loving order that we were able to re-establish and feel for our family and finally seem to be able to relax within themselves again.
What a gift!

Retreat Family Constellations

I am deeply grateful to have been able to experience these 4 days. It was the second time for me and I was able to resolve another deep-seated childhood issue that I wasn't even aware existed before. I feel so incredibly light, relaxed and joyful right now and have come another big step closer to my core. If I didn't know better, I would say "pure magic"✨️ The whole atmosphere, such fine people, fine food and such attentive interaction miteinander✨️ A feeling of home, family🙏 Thank you for this great, valuable and magical weekend🌟

Constellation Retreat in Bad Freienwalde
4 magical and very deeply transformational days I was allowed to experience in this retreat with Martin. My own family constellation plus 17 other constellations as a spectator or as a proxy, a wonderful group, the extraordinary location, as well as Andree with his great constellation work, Martin with his lightness and presence and also Susan with her delicious catering for all and the crowning conclusion of a release ritual, made this weekend an unforgettable experience. A celebration in lightness full of transformation and deep connections. Thank you🙏

Gratitude Festival
The Gratitude Festival in September 2023 was truly a celebration of all the senses for me. From the warm welcome on Friday to the conclusion on Sunday with a gratitude meditation by the lake. I was allowed to meet such wonderful souls at a dreamlike place of power, with such fine energy and warmth also of the hosts. My most important insight from these 3 days is that we not only carry abundance already within us, but that it is everywhere. We just have to open our eyes, perceive it and say "YES" to it, thus also a Yes to ourselves. Martin, with his sensitive way, authenticity and presence, as well as Susan, with her wonderful cocoa ceremony, made this weekend an unforgettable experience for me. Everyone was allowed to simply BE and everything was just so right.
For me personally, I was even able to completely dissolve and leave behind 2 fears in this fine high vibrational energy. Fears that have accompanied me for years. I am deeply grateful for these 3 magical days and am already looking forward to the next gratitude festival!
