I was looking for a new video intercom system that supports both fingerprint and RFID. During my research, I came across onsec. The first consultation was very good and my decision was made in favor of Goliath and not Balter.
Delivery went smoothly. The system was also preset, i.e. the IP addresses of the monitors and the individual modules were preconfigured.
Installation with the instructions went smoothly. Then the commissioning with the software. In my opinion, it is not really user-friendly. There are many parameters to set, but there is no precise description of what each parameter does. For me, it's more of an expert system. In my case, the connection to the app didn't work or there were no messages in the app, e.g. when the doorbell rang. I think I then phoned Mr. Klöpping at least 5 times. Unfortunately without success. He couldn't help me. It was actually just desperate suggestions from him that were no longer logical. The solution was only found after consulting the factory. A software update was made which affected the integration of the app and had to be changed. I was a little surprised that the expert didn't know this.
But now the system is running. Although the software app is not really convincing. And the web interface is oldstyle, not very intuitive and the adjustable parameters are not really well explained.

I bought a Goliath door intercom system. The support after the purchase was very comprehensive. The system arrives preconfigured and quickly. At the same time, there is an email with extensive information on installation. This makes it very easy to understand and install the system.
In my case, one setting did not work immediately (user error!) The support team responded immediately to my emails. Mr. Klöpping always responded very competently and friendly to my request and solved my problem. Thank you very much!
