With the trainers Sabrina and Babsi, the school visited received a seminar that was inspiring and focused precisely on the needs of the pupils. Thanks to their flexibility, it was possible to respond to the individual wishes of the participants without modifying the central theme of the seminar.
The high-quality expertise of the trainers and their ability to inspire and enthuse young people made the encouragement seminar an important and profitable experience for those present, which is unique and unparalleled in the school context.

A great workshop on the subject of "personal strengths", at eye level with the students, exactly what was needed, very good speaker, students and career counselors were enthusiastic.

The seminar is very appealing and motivating for students. It is nice that young people can deal with the topics "personal strengths" and "self-confidence" and think about their future in a positive sense.

Thanks to the lively and authentic manner of the trainers, each individual student is picked up where he or she is at the moment. One senses that it is a matter of the heart to reach young people and to set an example for sustainable career orientation. Students are given cognitive and emotional impulses and the opportunity to combine both, so that a process is subsequently made possible which, accompanied by the teachers, allows them to start a realistic career after school. Through the varied implementation of the seminar, all participants are "involved", feel taken seriously and seen. For the sustainability of the seminar, it is very important that the teachers, and if possible also the school social workers, are present. In this way, modern career guidance can succeed together and make it much easier for young people to enter the world of tomorrow.

Career orientation in a different way, a great morning with motivated students, it was a lot of fun for everyone involved!

The opportunity to expand one's own concept of vocational orientation with the offer of "My Courageous Path" provides a different approach for the students. They are picked up and taken along by the committed and motivated way. The Traumjobcampus facilitates the lessons noticeably, because it relieves contents of the vocational orientation in advance.
The team is absolutely professional and caring. Everything is made possible and the support is excellent.

I was very pleased and convinced by the professional appearance of MEIN MUTIGER WEG. The organization, the advice and support made it easy for me to bring the courage seminar to our school. I can recommend it to everyone to get involved in this courageous way and to carry out the seminar in many schools.

The slogan "Career orientation that inspires" is 100% true for the Mutmacher Seminar and all those involved in it.
We were not only thrilled by the friendly and open communication in advance and during the entire planning, but - as was to be expected after the preliminary talks - also by the seminar itself.
The gymnasium was quite quickly equipped with high-quality and appealing equipment and turned into a space of courageous thoughts - one could virtually only think courageously, especially after the trainers let the event start with their positive and open manner and made it clear relatively quickly that THIS would not be a normal school event. They were to be proven right!

In addition to many small active phases, the students also had to become physically active, because giving 100% is something that has to be learned. The participants had to deal with their own strengths and realized relatively quickly that their classmates attributed much more of them to them than they did to themselves. This was a remarkable didactic and pedagogical approach to the topic of self-confidence, which is one of the most important components of a successful career orientation. Eye contact exercises and loosening up exercises contributed to a positive mood throughout.

In this way, the encouragers succeeded in captivating the students for almost four hours - personal and student-oriented experience reports and anecdotes also contributed to this.

The theme of mindfulness - the guiding principle that runs through the entire seminar! Everyone who was there that day learned something. We are thrilled with this career orientation and look forward to the years to come with you! It's nice that you were brave and nice that we can be a part of it.

The Encouragement Seminar inspired our students, even though they were initially very skeptical and cautious. The authentically narrated biographies of their own careers were a successful introduction to the subsequent development of their own image of the future. The trainer team succeeded in motivating and activating the students. The organizational effort (adequate rooms and seating) for the preparation was worthwhile. I was also convinced by the very good support provided by the encouragers during the preparation and follow-up.

The young team and trainers are friendly and engaging. The whole program picks up the students where they are and motivates them to take on new perspectives and to deal intensively with themselves, their own dreams and their own strengths.
The students and their lives are at the center - and that motivates them a lot.

The entire event was very professionally prepared, implemented and finally evaluated. The well thought-out methodical setting, which appealed to all senses, motivated the students in an impressive way to actively deal with their professional and personal future.

Very structured and many appreciative plats with "Glad you exist" a red carpet. Absolutely recommendable! Also the communication with all the people beforehand was very successful. Simply great people who understand perfectly how to inspire young people and set sustainable accents of personal future planning. Certainly every year at our school ...that is us remains a high-quality building block in our house, which every student should enjoy.

"My brave way" gives a lot of help with the organization, such as applying for financial support, and offers a motivating event in an appreciative atmosphere, which was good and enjoyed by our students

I was very excited about the Courage Makers and my expectations of the event were met. It was a very special career orientation event, which emotionally engaged the students, provided a lot of food for thought and indeed encouraged them to deal with career orientation and their own strengths. The encouragers succeeded in keeping the attention of the large group (about 80) and the student feedback was very positive. Also worthy of special mention is the very attractively designed workbook, in which essentials are recorded, as well as the elaborate design of the room and the selection of music, which appealed to the students. The "Schön, dass es dich gibt!" cards left a lasting and strengthening impression on many. I am especially happy about that! Thank you to the Mutmacher team!

Overall, the seminar was a great success. The 11th and 12th grades took part. According to the students, the "Courage Makers" prepared them well for the time after graduation.

The event was a combination of self-work and motivation of the speakers (coaches). For example: What are the students particularly good at? What do they find particularly easy? or What do my classmates actually think about me? At the beginning, they were asked to think about these questions and write them down. Just dealing with these questions gave many of them courage and self-confidence. Later, when it came to what the students would like to do after school, a kind of filter was used. For example: Do they want to stay close to home? Do they want to study or do they want to do an apprenticeship? Work with people? etc. It was repeatedly mentioned that the students should later go their own way and do less what satisfies others. They should also not be afraid to make a mistake or to make the wrong decisions.
The two speakers (Alwin and Pascal) addressed the students really well. Not from above, but on one level. They always brought in personal experiences. The students listened attentively and participated in the tasks.

The students of the integrated comprehensive school from Frankfurt literally "soaked up" the successful and sensitive examples from other people's lives and felt motivated to pay more attention to their dreams and wishes.

The courage makers were with us at the Paul-Ehrlich-Berufskolleg in Dortmund on 12.11.2021. I particularly liked everything from preparation to execution. The performance but also the content, how it was presented, was great! It was simply taken from life, not strange and super realistic. The language close to the youth made it very authentic.

Our wish for the seminar was that our eleventh graders would take courage after the long pandemic period and see the seminar as a starting signal to look into their professional careers. According to their own statements, many of them still had "no plan", but in the course of the seminar they became more and more open to the topics, which were conveyed there enthusiastically and in a way that reached the young people. Many students approached us after the event and reported that they now really felt like looking into their careers because they had been guided in the seminar to ask themselves the right questions. The seminar creates a very positive atmosphere among the students because it focuses on strengths and also provides valuable information.
