We have been in contact with Ms. Kalyoncuoglu for several years now regarding construction financing. As soon as we have found a suitable property for us, Ms. Kalyoncuoglu always checks it immediately and gives us her honest assessment of the property and financing. Unfortunately, however, it has not yet worked out for us (someone else got the commitment). What we praise very much is that she does not want to make money quickly, but also wants you to be well positioned with the financing in the future. I am now the 2nd time with Simone and Meral, simply because through the first financing everything went smoothly and without problems. From the financing advice to individual solutions Simone and Meral have accompanied us. No matter what questions we had, they were answered immediately. They were more than responsive to our wishes regarding the conditions, even renegotiating with the bank to get even better conditions to meet our needs. Through this experience we have built up an immense trust in both of them, so that we have also turned to MerSi for our 2nd project, and without comparison!
This time, however, our home purchase turned out to be a difficult endeavor. Building authorities are simply not to be trifled with! But again, MerSi were always supportive, always available, and most importantly, patiently by our side with lots of advice. They not only came up with Plan A or B, but also offered Plan C.
