The team of dein-tierversicherer is very nice, helpful and competent. I was even able to reach them personally on the weekend. Our Maira is doing really well again after the surgery. The help and the fast processing of the medical bill was top . Many thanks again for that.

Your dog insurer is anything but just a website. When I called several times, I always had very nice competent staff on my ear. Buddy's leg surgery was quite a success. The staff did the notifications and there was a very quick payment of the whole bill. Uncomplicated, fast and above all problem-free.

I know Mr. Hassler through my pet insurer, we had 2 surgeries and a tooth under Eider.
Mr. Hassler was always there for our dogs during the whole time. The bills were paid in full.
Very personal and always helpful. We would recommend Mr. Hassler and his OP insurance at any time.
