The online seminar was designed in a very appealing way. By using various functions in Zoom, such as the whiteboard or the survey at the beginning, the participants were encouraged to actively participate. These "active" elements were also well distributed in terms of time so that it was fun to take part in the seminar.

Wow, what a rousing and inspiring experience! Michael not only brought his expertise and passion to the stage, but also a trumpet - a real highlight at didacta!
His presentation on dealing with pressure, the importance of pauses and the power of focus was simply outstanding. Through his powerful words and emotional delivery, even incorporating quotes from "Momo", he managed to captivate and move the audience and me.

In my opinion, the content was not really conveyed in a way that would help the seminar participants. Videos were shown that were not really discussed afterwards. Worksheets were distributed, which the participants were supposed to fill out. Afterwards, the participants were supposed to talk about it among themselves without the instructor ever saying anything about the evaluation, etc. The seminar was more about filling out the worksheets. The seminar was filled more with filling out the sheets than with the actual content.
All in all, somewhat disappointing.

I am an international student so I am not a native speaker but I understood everything Mr. Michael said. His methods and delivery were simple and clear. I was involved all the time because everything was interesting.

I liked the seminar very much. Even content that I already knew was not boring, because the way of presentation/seminar was very varied and interesting. I really liked the use of different media and the voice is very pleasant to listen to. I also think it's great that we are provided with all the media used via the Paddelt so that we can look things up again afterwards.

The seminars are always interesting and you can learn a lot through brainstorming and interaction :)

The content was conveyed in a comprehensible manner through a lot of personal participation. This meant that the topics were not dry and could be grasped quickly.

Very varied and interesting design. I always enjoy participating in Mr. Kimmelmann's seminars. I particularly like the use of the various digital media with the associated collaboration of the other participants.

Michael moderated our inspiration days very well and with a lot of added value remote.

Would have liked an exercise to present briefly for example to practice the speech melody that was addressed in the video. Otherwise everything super :)
