Competent: as a startup in 2022, we are required to provide quarterly BWA's. It was always asked for more BWA's, although we are in the year of foundation and therefore losses in the first months are completely normal. The business model was also not understood (whatever you can not understand about trading via Amazon). Termination of the talks at the end of November, because it was expected that a loss suddenly becomes a positive result, although the sales figures were known. The Hotline seems to be occupied only by an apprentice, that says actually already much.
Thus also the predicates fast credit decision and disbursement are unnecessary!!!
The only highlight: the initial consultation was friendly, has the actual way (as the slogan one may believe) well described. But all that came after was weeks of silence on submitted documents (it had to be asked THREE times), to be followed up with the next flood of documents.
By the way, our experience with other companies: Application to payment 5 days (loan amount 30,000, at MKSH 25,000 were applied for and finally not approved).
Normally, I would write that this can be done better, but the company structure does not seem to be designed for this!
