Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful experience and time at the IHK in the further training course on stress management and burnout prevention.
Both the self-awareness and the teaching of the technical content inspired me from the first contact with you to the last minute of the course.
I myself grew incredibly from the exercises and impulses, so that a lot of great and strengthening things happened in the 6 months. In a unique group, we laughed, faced challenges and shared and celebrated successes.
You have inspired and strengthened us in how we can advise and support other people in the future. A great responsibility and a wonderful task at the same time, which I am very much looking forward to.
