踩進溪水的那一刻，整個人瞬間清醒。水非常清澈，腳踩在冰涼的石頭上，悶熱感一下就消失了。沿著溪谷往上走，途中會遇到天然滑水道、小瀑布和深潭。有幾段需要抓繩子攀爬，也有幾個跳水點可以挑戰。
站在石頭上往下看的時候，其實會有點猶豫，但看到前面的人跳下去後都笑得很開心，氣氛很快就變得輕鬆。等輪到自己的時候，反而只剩下期待。跳進水裡的瞬間，整個人被冰涼包圍，那種清爽感真的很難形容。
花蓮溯溪適合新手嗎
