We made an appointment by phone, were greeted in a very friendly manner, and we were asked if we would like a drink, the advice for our trips was intensive, very good and extensive in terms of content, all questions were answered to our best satisfaction, even later questions (by phone) were answered very well. Our conclusion is that the advice is top, we can only recommend it.
