The therapist was very kind and easy to speak with. They guided me in small steps and never made me feel pushed. We brought my grandfather to Mustard Seeds Therapy for physical therapy after trying a few other places that didn’t help his pain. He used to struggle just getting up and walking around the house, but now he moves much more comfortably and isn’t complaining about pain all day. The therapist was calm, respectful, and worked with him at a pace that suited his age. The exercises were simple and actually helped in his daily routine.
