Then, we use materials such as silicone or fiberglass to make molds based on the prototypes. Next, we mix selected resin raw materials with additives like curing agents and pigments in proportion, stir them evenly, and inject them into the molds for curing and shaping. After curing, we demold the products, perform surface treatments such as sanding and polishing on the blanks to remove burrs and defects, and then carry out assembly, painting, airbrushing and other decoration processes according to product requirements. Finally, after passing quality inspection, the products are packaged and stored in warehouses.
