Working with Nathalie has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life.

Before working with Nathalie, I felt tired, inflamed, and overwhelmed. I had neuropathic symptoms, pain, low energy, and ongoing digestive issues like bloating and discomfort. My liver values were elevated, and even though I was trying to eat well and figure things out on my own, nothing really brought lasting relief. I felt like I was just getting through the days instead of actually enjoying them.

Working with Nathalie completely shifted everything. She created a clear, holistic plan that supported me on every level—physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. My name is Michel, I had already many forms of freedom. When I met Nathalie, my business already did over €50k/m in profit consistently, I had to work for only 10 hours per week, I could work from wherever I wanted, but I still didn't feel free.

Also good to know is, that I have already invested over €250.000 into coaching. Of which €40.000 was into health coaching before I met Nathalie.

My old situation:

I was trapped in my thoughts, always wanted to control everything, I didn't know how to process & manage emotions as I thought that was 'not masculine', I was fearful about the future, had brainfog after 1 pm & was succesful in my business, but not happy.

So even though I had everything that would make me free, my frequency wasn't high. I was operating in a state of lack, fear, not feeling good enough & scared on that I would lose everything that I've build. In the months before I knew Nathalie, sometimes I red stories about inner fulfillment. I always thought: ''Whatever, inner fulfillment isn't possible. I might as well make more money in the process of my life while not being fulfilled.''

Later, I had a conversation with her in which I asked: ''What percentage of the day are you in the moment?'' Her answer was 98%, when I answered the question back - it was 2% for me. I was always in the future. In the last months, we worked on this together & now I can say that I'm in the moment around 70% - 80% of the time. The crazy thing? I almost work as much. Maybe 10% more little, but the difference is that I have 1000% more fulfillment, happiness, trust in the future & with that a way higher frequency. A frequency that operates on joy, gratitude, trust, authenticity & good vibrations - because when a negative emotion pops up, I now have the tools to deal with it & see them as positive.

Apart from that, my health & focus improved a lot by her recommendations. I have less brain fog, I removed a lot of bad toxins / heavy metals from my body & organs and I feel more healthy & energized.

Nathalie really helped me I came to her with issues of migraines however she focused not only on that but in helping my overall asthma and eczma too.
