The Kenya round trip was a dream and the organization on site was great. We were surrounded by very nice people throughout. Our guide on safari even spoke fluent German, which we hadn't expected.
The only point of criticism: it would have been easier to have a fixed contact person at the planning stage of the trip, when questions are still being answered by email and insurance policies are being taken out.... . For example, information was sometimes duplicated or insurance inquiries were received after this had already been communicated with another colleague. There is still room for improvement. But overall, we can only recommend "Natürlich Reisen". It won't be our last trip with this provider.

We had a wonderful and unique round trip through Uganda, which was perfectly organized by "Natürlich Reisen". Our guide showed us the country in all its facets and accompanied us excellently. Uganda will not let us go so quickly.

The Azores trip was wonderful. We saw a lot, the hikes were moderate as announced and the accommodation was very nice. Our tour guide looked after us very well and gave us an almost comprehensive introduction to the local cuisine. Unfortunately, the weather didn't quite cooperate, so we weren't able to do some of the hikes. So we visited the very interesting information center on Terceira. On our last day on Pico we were able to visit a lava cave (not on the program and unfortunately not possible for everyone), very worthwhile and informative. This should perhaps be included in the fixed program. Another highlight of the trip was the whale watching, simply fantastic.

The whole organization was very professional. The program was individually tailored to our family vacation and our wishes.
