Thanks to NXT JOBS, we have gained 3 qualified new colleagues so far. We received very good all-round advice right from the start. In addition to the good personal support from the team, the possibility of adjusting the advertisements to appeal to a larger or more suitable group of applicants has certainly contributed to our success. A big plus point is that people who were not actively looking for a new job are also made aware of the vacancies!

We were particularly impressed by the flexibility and the modern and really smart design of the application process. Our new sales manager, who we were able to hire successfully with/via NXT JOBS, was so enthusiastic about the website that he placed an application even though the "need" or change motivation was not yet ready for him. We continue to use NXT JOBS for other job applications. The preliminary work involved in selecting applicants (pre-selection, profile presentation, initial interviews, organization of interviews) also saves an enormous amount of time and, in conjunction with the transparent and fair fee for recruitment, the concept of this young company is convincing. Keep up the good work!

We used NXT Jobs for the first time in our search for suitable candidates for our professional driver (m/f/d) positions. We had been very satisfied with the preparation, support and implementation of the search action. We were also able to make adjustments during the campaign period. We were able to fill two positions with suitable professional drivers (m/f/d). We can recommend the portal!

The employees of NXT were able to understand our situation very quickly, so the implementation, creation of company profile, questionnaire, etc. was finished very quickly and our ad went online immediately.
The quality of the applicants initially went from to... but was catapulted upwards like a rocket after a further adjustment.
I would never have expected such a selection of good, qualified MA even here from our rather "sparsely" populated region.

Absolutely AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!

In search of new personnel I came across the company NXT JOBS. Relatively quickly, an appointment was made possible in which my wishes were recorded and a targeted / extensive consultation took place. Offer and conversion took place everything within a few days. Also after completion I was regularly cared for and ambiguities as well as problems were immediately remedied. We will use NXT again.

We have been looking for a tax specialist for our company and have not found anything with normal job portals for months. With NXT JOBS, we were finally able to fill the position with a great employee.
