I never would have thought that my life would change so much again.

For years, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, hair loss, and my thyroid problems took an incredible toll on me, both physically and emotionally. I tried so many things, held out hope so often, and was disappointed time and time again. At some point, I had almost lost faith that I would ever feel better.

Today, I’m just infinitely grateful. Since the coaching, so much has changed for the better for me. My symptoms are practically gone, and I finally feel comfortable in my own skin and body again. My thyroid levels have also improved significantly, which is hard to believe.

I worked with Pamela in one-on-one coaching and had a call with her every two weeks. Every single session was intense, incredibly exciting, and consistently gave me new clarity.

To this day, I’m fascinated by what can happen within our own bodies and just how much is possible—things we often don’t even know about. During the sessions, I sometimes felt very distinct physical sensations—a tingling, a feeling that something was releasing, and sometimes an incredible sense of lightness afterward.

I hesitated for a very long time before taking this step. I’d already done another coaching program before and really had to muster all my courage to give it another try. Today, I’m just incredibly glad I did it.

I’m finally ready to leave a review. Sometimes I still can’t believe how carefree I’ve become compared to before. Constantly monitoring my diet, driving myself crazy over food, a bloated stomach, food intolerances, and so on. I had hit rock bottom…But thanks to Pamela and her team, I’m now almost like a different person. I think her approach is absolutely worth the price—to be honest, for what she delivers, it could easily cost much more. Compared to many others, the value for money is outstanding. She perfectly combines mental health and nutrition. Problems are tackled at their root rather than just treated superficially with creams and the like. I worked with Pamela and her team last year. I wanted to wait at least a year before writing a review, because it’s important to me that it’s as authentic as possible. I don’t think you can really judge the results after just a few months—it’s still way too early. It’s now been over 15 months for me, and I’m largely symptom-free, so I can say with a clear conscience: THANK YOU, Pamela and team! You’re unlike any other coaching team—you’ve helped and supported me on so many levels, and you were available every day, even on Sundays! I always thought some of the reviews sounded a bit over the top, but I have to admit, it’s true. Pamela is a kind-hearted person with an incredibly broad range of knowledge; she has such an incredibly calming manner, and I’m so glad I trusted her and chose this path. Of course, there are still times when my skin flares up again, but Pamela provides so many emergency tools that I have constant access to, and they help me get everything back under control. Before working with Pamela, I’d already done two other coaching sessions on eczema and allergies, which, unfortunately, didn’t really help me. I was suffering a great deal at the time, and at some point I’d actually given up and stopped believing that my skin could ever improve in the long term.

Then, by chance, I came across Pamela. What immediately impressed me was the value for money—compared to the other coaching programs, the price was very reasonable and absolutely right for me.

The coaching was structured as a group program, with a nice mix of group sessions and individual one-on-one appointments. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first about whether this approach was right for me. But that skepticism quickly faded. The group was very supportive, and Pamela was always available whenever questions came up or we needed support.

What I especially appreciated: Pamela communicated very honestly and realistically from the very beginning. She never made unrealistic promises or gave the impression that my skin would simply improve completely in a very short time. Instead, she repeatedly emphasized that skin changes and healing are a process, and that everyone has their own path and needs their own time for it.

In addition to the topic of skin, I also learned a great deal about regulating the nervous system during the coaching sessions. This area in particular was a very important building block for me and helped me better understand my body and treat myself with greater awareness.

My skin calmed down significantly during the coaching sessions and continued to improve afterward. Of course, my eczema didn’t simply disappear completely after the coaching—that would have been unrealistic. But it has improved greatly, and I feel that a lasting change has taken place. My skin is becoming more and more stable, and things are moving step by step in the right direction.

I’m very grateful that I did this coaching. It not only helped me with my skin, but also gave me hope again and showed me that change is possible. I feel more comfortable in my own skin again and feel like I’m finally on the right track.

I successfully completed my one-on-one coaching with Pamela a few months ago and deliberately waited a while before writing this review. I wanted to see first how lasting the changes really are—and I can say today: they are.

To be honest, it’s hard to put into words what happens during this coaching. I had never heard of the methods Pamela uses before. You always think you’ve tried everything and done so much already. But this was really something completely different.

I felt incredibly well taken care of the entire time. In every single session, I could feel that something was shifting and that real change was happening.

But I also have to say that I hesitated for a very long time before I started. Like probably many others, I still wanted to try it on my own one more time. You think you’re saving yourself the investment and that you’ll figure it out on your own somehow. Looking back, I can only say: That was exactly my mistake. I just ended up investing even more time, energy, and ultimately money into things that simply didn’t help me. Instead, I became more and more frustrated and desperate.

Today, that’s actually the only thing I regret: that I didn’t start sooner.

I’m still overwhelmed by the results. I’ve lived with these symptoms since birth and feel like I’ve tried everything out there. That’s why I never would have thought that one day I’d be able to say: I’m completely symptom-free.

And even more than that: even when there’s a lot of stress going on around me, I feel like my nervous system has a whole new capacity today. I can handle everyday life with my young children much more calmly, I cope better with the demands of my job, and overall, I’ve become much more resilient.

My relationships have changed, too. I’m no longer as irritable, I’m no longer constantly overwhelmed, and I’m much more present in my daily life. Of course, this also has a positive effect on my relationships with my children and my husband.

I can’t thank Pamela and her entire team enough. I’m just incredibly happy and grateful that this coaching exists.

I participated in Pamela’s group coaching session in September 2025. I’ve suffered from eczema for as long as I can remember. Over the course of my life, I’ve visited countless doctors, but aside from creams and cortisone, I was rarely offered any lasting solutions. Over time, I also developed eight allergies, severe tension in my back, and panic attacks, accompanied by the constant feeling that my nervous system wasn’t really balanced.

I first came across Pamela on Instagram. For a whole year, I followed her work and observed the results her clients were able to achieve. At the same time, I had doubts about whether the coaching was even the right fit for me, since many other participants had significantly more severe symptoms than I did. Today I can say: I haven’t regretted a single day of participating in this program.

From the very beginning, Pamela made me feel welcome with all my issues, insecurities, and questions. Through a personalized nutrition plan based on comprehensive lab tests, combined with energy work, exercises for nervous system regulation, and many other methods, I felt for the first time that I was truly addressing my symptoms at their root.

The energy work, in particular, made a deep impression on me. Through it, I realized that the causes of my symptoms lay much deeper than I had ever suspected.

Just two to three months after starting the coaching, I noticed the first changes: My skin and digestion improved, I lost weight—and emotional baggage as well. At the same time, however, I experienced severe hair loss unlike anything I had ever experienced before. Because, as I said: For me, the issues were literally just beneath the surface.

Today, about six months after completing the coaching, new baby hairs are growing back everywhere, my skin is smoother than ever before (with few to no breakouts), and I regularly receive compliments on how much more relaxed and refreshed I look.

I can say with complete conviction that I have never felt so comfortable in my own skin—both on the outside and on the inside. For this, I am infinitely grateful to Pamela and her entire team. I can wholeheartedly recommend the coaching to everyone. It has made my life easier, and I am excited to see what positive changes still await me.

There is one thing, however, that I would like to emphasize in particular: The process was not always easy. There were tears, and I had fears and doubts. The holistic approach and the intensive work on oneself require courage, patience, and trust. But it’s worth believing in healing and trusting that our bodies are capable of so much.

Pamela’s coaching has helped me feel healthy again on a holistic level. Physically: cleansing the intestines and thereby opening the body to absorb essential nutrients vital for all bodily functions! Targeted tests help address potential deficiencies. Socially: group interaction fosters a sense of community and the reassurance that I’m not alone in dealing with these issues. Dear Pamela, I decided to join the group coaching because I was at my wit’s end with my eczema. For the past three years, I’ve had itching all over my body; I’ve been hospitalized three times. The symptoms would always be well-managed, but then everything would start all over again. Three years of ups and downs—I tried every cream, naturopath, bioresonance therapy, cut out various foods, and so on and so forth—until I came across Pamela’s profile while browsing the internet. I wrote to Pamela and received information right away; I slept on it for a night and signed up for the group coaching. I can recommend it 100%. Pamela is always there for you, always has an answer to your questions, and encourages you. I felt terrible during the process, but now I can say it was the BEST thing that could have happened to me, and I am infinitely grateful that Pamela exists ❤️ she is a person with a big heart. I finished the coaching in April, and every day I can see my skin healing; the itching is gone, and I’ve returned to “normal” life without itching. I have more energy and a greater zest for life. I decided to go with one-on-one coaching, and I couldn’t have made a better choice.
Eczema runs in my family, and after cortisone treatments and hospital stays, I was eventually prescribed injections. Everything was going fine (though I still had flare-ups from time to time—it never completely went away)—until I gained a lot of weight and I’d had enough of all the doctor visits.
I’d also tried several alternative practitioners who always promised a lot but delivered little, so I was skeptical about Pamela at first, too. But something just felt right, and looking back, I can hardly believe my luck that I chose Pamela.
She’s always there for you, very flexible with appointments, and I could tell she only wanted the best for me!
At first, I was a bit lax with the exercises. But once I felt how good they were for me—the more I felt like “myself” again—I didn’t want to stop. Plus, they were all small things and changes that take very little time but still have such a huge impact!
I tapered off the injections with the coaching, and that was a great solution for me. Of course, my skin got a little worse at first, but now that the coaching is over, I can hardly believe I have skin like this without the injections.
To everyone who’s skeptical and reading this (just like I was back then, when I couldn’t believe that everyone here was so satisfied): take the plunge! I never would have thought it possible to cure eczema. But my skin is soft again, I can sleep through the night without itching, and I don’t have to wear turtlenecks anymore. My bloated stomach is gone, I’ve lost stubborn weight, and my energy is higher than ever before!

I took part in Pamela's group coaching in September 2025 and, like many of us, I was very skeptical as to whether this coaching would finally change my symptoms, as I had already tried many things. The beginning was a little confusing for me: no online course, no specific order for watching the videos, the coaching started without us having our test results, etc. That made me nervous. But I soon realized that this was the first step to healing: letting go of perfectionism. Haha. Pamela knows exactly what she is doing and why at all times, and she guides the group and each individual through the process with great patience. The combination of energy healing, nutrition plan, supplements, individual sessions, and group discussions is unbeatable and effective.
The healing journey has its ups and downs, which Pamela always handled well. I have been in skin coaching with Pamela for the last four months and am deeply impressed and fascinated by what she has been able to solve for me.

Coaching with Pamela has changed so much. Deep-seated blockages were released, connections were recognized and processes were initiated that I had never experienced before. These four months were a great enrichment for me - not only for my skin, but also on a personal level.
