I found the booking process to be quite confusing. I think the management company can work on streamlining the process to function more in line with its competition. I also received information that I had to download an app to gain entry to the property, which turned out to be incorrect. I reached out to inquire about why our reservation did not appear in the app, but received no response. Then, a few hours before our arrival, I got a note from the host with accurate information.
To be clear, the stay itself was delightful, but I don’t think I would book a Parsons property again because of the process.
