Mr. Tranziska told me at the beginning that I would no longer have to worry about the insurance issues, he would take care of that for me. That is exactly what happened. The old contracts were compared and new contracts were proposed with indications of the crucial changes. We were able to make savings and use the money to purchase another insurance policy for my family. Unnecessary insurances were advised against. Mr. Tranziska also took care of the cancellations - so I can say he more than kept his promise and I am looking forward to further cooperation.

The question here is whether I would recommend Mr. Tranziska to others. Can I please tick "yes" five times? Absolutely!
I used to think that real estate agents only want to make a quick buck and push down prices. Obviously, I've always ended up with the incompetent ones (sorry to those who feel addressed). Mr. Tranziska is worth his money. He is not only competent, but also human to a special degree. And isn't that what is missing in this much too fast world? A spark of more humanity?
For me, Mr. Tranziska is a key to my key. And thus to my home. And that is priceless!
