I would also like to lose a sentence or two about Mr. Sanden - I personally wanted to give Mr. Sanden an evaluation in text form.

Mr. Sanden was recommended to me as a financial advisor by my sister. It came to a short exchange in the context of quite normal e-mail correspondence, in which I explained to Mr. Sanden my concern regarding a real estate financing and he told me which documents he needed to ensure a full consultation.

Subsequently, Mr. Sanden called me and what can I say? - It was a very pleasant, calm and above all understanding conversation. Mr. Sanden took more than enough time to answer all my questions. In addition, he even offered me assistance in determining the exact real estate value of my property, which was still to be purchased at that time, so that I would also be well informed in this regard.

Talks were held on my behalf with the respective banks; I was always kept up-to-date until finally Mr. Sanden showed me the optimal bank that would/should go the way together with me.

There was a first official personal meeting with Mr. Sanden, in which all the documents required by the bank were jointly reviewed and signed.

When the bank requested further documents, Mr. Sanden himself then sat down with me and went through the documents page by page with me, explained everything to me in an understandable way, pointed out certain things to me and showed me how, where and what I had to understand and enter; here, too, every question on my part was answered in detail and understandably.

Even more - even after everything was "in dry cloths", Mr. Sanden helped me further by great advice, so also the one regarding the property subsidy, which is offered on the part of the state.

Rarely have I encountered such a competent - both professionally and humanly social - financial advisor as Mr. Sanden.

I can only recommend Mr. Sanden - I am already doing so to my friends/family.

I am looking forward to continue working with Mr. Sanden in the future.
