Pflegehelden Kassel wurden mir von einer Bekannten empfohlen, nachdem sie vorher mehrere Vermittlungen ausprobiert hat. Bei Pflegehelden stimmt die Qualität und der Service. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Es ist sehr angenehm, einen Ansprechpartner zu haben, der deutsch spricht. Ich habe Pflegehelden bereits weiter empfohlen.

Pflegehelden is not Veritas and veritas is not the caregiver on site! The evaluation of the caregiver is good. The contract/compensation arrangement overall and in detail by Veritas is not satisfactory.

Nur die letzte der 4 vermittelten pflegenden Haushaltshilfen war im Umgang mit Demenzkranken geschult und einfühlsam und dadurch eine wirkliche Entlastung. Die hätten wir gerne nochmal gehabt, doch dann verstarb der pflegebedürftige Angehörige. Die anderen 3 gingen aus unterschiedlichen Gründen vor der Zeit: u.a. weil sie sich bei der Versorgung eines Demenzkranken völlig überfordert erwiesen. Da dann schnell jemand neues kam, werde ich Pflegehelden Kassel weiter empfehlen.
