Since it didn't work out with one of the caregivers, action was taken immediately and possibly replaced, but unfortunately it didn't happen because my father was hospitalized, then briefly in a nursing home and then unfortunately died yesterday.

Both parents were seriously ill and my mother was in hospital without knowing exactly what condition she would be in when she came out. I, the daughter, live in England, my brother even further away in the USA. Mrs. Miersbe was very honest about the fact that without local contacts, it might not always be possible to have a change of staff. Mr. and Mrs. Miersbe took the time to understand the situation, advise and suggest suitable staff. They were not afraid to call England. Mr. Miersbe also came to meet my father in person once in Bayreuth. We were very satisfied with the choice of carer and also had a second carer in prospect, where I relied completely on Mrs. Miersbe's judgement and did not even insist on a further interview with me personally by telephone.
