Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of dealing with a somewhat overwhelmed employee who only managed to schedule the first treatment appointment. At this appointment, I was brought into the treatment room too late and was also left alone for a short time during the treatment due to a phone call. I was not able to make any further appointments due to the lack of staff at the reception, and unfortunately there was never a call back. Instead, after half a year, I received a bill for 12 euros for a single treatment. I think that there are certainly nice and very competent employees in physiotherapy, I just had the misfortune to have fallen on the wrong person.
