We know the respective advantages or disadvantages and are happy to recommend the best implementation. In case of any questions or uncertainties, we are happy to advise our customers.
Product quality: We check all articles according to our criteria catalog with a focus on aspects of "product/print quality", "price/performance ratio/conditions", "sustainability" and "delivery reliability" before we include them in our range. Our suppliers are also checked before they are listed with us and their performance is evaluated once a year to ensure high quality results and products.
Efficiency: Our work processes are set up to allow for prompt quoting, a quick and efficient information policy on customer inquiries, and permanent supplier and order monitoring. In addition, wherever possible, our customers are accompanied by the same employee from the quotation to the delivery of the goods. This type of process organization ensures convenient handling for our customers and also prevents errors due to insufficient (interdepartmental) knowledge transfer.
Fairness: We also behave fairly and reliably towards our suppliers and long-term partners in order to achieve the best possible results in cooperation.
Despite a misprint, which was due to the printing company itself, we were helped very competently and quickly. The customer service is excellent, very reliable and quick to help. The goods were also delivered perfectly and within the time frame we were given. I would definitely recommend this company and am very satisfied!
Because it is a great team, they know what they are doing. And the owner of the store and the rest of the team just 100% competence.
