The following is to be criticized:
- Products (the models) were demonstrably delivered, but are allegedly not traceable. And that two times in a row
- Invoice was sent to the wrong email address, was not paid in time and bang, a reminder came directly afterwards.
- All pictures over 30 were ordered in the same perspective. If something was not clear, there was a short query from the photographer. Only with the last product, from exactly the same series, they neglected to take the same perspective as with all the other pictures and blamed us as customers for it. One supposedly did not know how we would have wanted it. Whether like the other 99% or differently. But there was no question.
- It was about 2 pictures, which would have had to be shot again. Ms. Reuter refused to re-shoot these two pictures free of charge, even if it would have ensured greater customer satisfaction.
Conclusion: If you have valuable products, it is better to bring them in person. If one hopes for goodwill,? or insight, one is also wrong here.
Too bad, because actually the photographer has made good pictures.
