From April to July 2024, Ralf Heske accompanied me - always on an equal footing - through an emotionally challenging separation process. In 10 online sessions, I was able to dissolve and change many thoughts that had been practiced over decades and the resulting feelings that had previously inhibited well-being, joie de vivre and activity. I would like to emphasize Mr. Heske's empathy and his ability to hold a "space" online in which I was able to make and directly experience the changes in my thinking and feeling myself - more through deeply felt understanding than through the mind. Now it is time to actively practice the new life-affirming thoughts.

I found Ralf's 2-day seminar very useful on my way to becoming a coach for The Work. I was able to follow the content well thanks to the clear structure. In the advanced course, I was able to significantly deepen my approach to the work. Accompanying each other and working together is a great enrichment and also works wonderfully online. I did the basic and advanced seminar with Ralf Heske.
The atmosphere was very relaxed and the seminars were well structured.
Ralf lives what he teaches - a great coach who embodies the WORK of Byron Katie wonderfully.
His empathic and relaxed manner provides a safe space in which it is easy to work on yourself and to do "work".
I felt very comfortable, learned a lot and took away a lot for myself, despite many years of previous experience.

The basic course with Ralf Heske was extremely instructive and encouraged us to explore our own thoughts using Byron Katie's questioning technique. Thanks to his calm manner, you felt safe in the online live course right from the start. Ralf led the group excellently and answered all possible questions and uncertainties so that I never left a course evening with a question mark.
The well-structured documents and the exchange between the 4 course days are a clear added value for me.
I am happy to recommend his course to others, as well as his 2 books.

With his strong, calm and clear presence, Ralf conveys techniques and treasures of experience that he himself has gained through decades of working and coaching. In February 2024, I met Ralf live at his intensive seminar: Loving what is. I have already done a few works and dealt with them. But Ralf's seminar gave me the opportunity to experience for myself how deep you can get with the 4 questions, The Work of Byron Katie. During the seminar, Ralf created a space in which I was given the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and grow within myself. Despite the larger group, Ralf managed to create a connection and trust between the participants. I found the alternation between input and exercises suitable and enriching. The walking meditations, meditations and silent spaces were valuable for me.
