Very friendly contact. We were informed in detail about the entire process. The design ideas were very professional and well chosen. This probably significantly increased the value of the house when we sold it.
The painting and tidying work carried out by a subcontractor was also excellent for the most part. Minor defects are recorded under "where the work is done"...

Over the years, I have repeatedly commissioned Ms. Blum to stage individual apartments or houses for sale. Now, however, she has fully furnished an apartment building/boarding house with 22 apartments for short-term commercial letting. It was a particular challenge in this respect, as the rooms were not the same in terms of layout and size.
But Ms. Blum also mastered this challenge perfectly. Everything was very well organized and planned. She and her team finished on time and the result is more than impressive. Many thanks for that Mrs. Blum! Best regards IB

We have already had several objects staged by Ms. Blum. All agreements and deadlines were met perfectly and the result was always phenomenal. Our sales prices increased significantly. The costs are certainly not the most favorable in a market comparison, but we achieved many times more in a very short time. The furnishings of the properties are in very warm and homely tones. It is very well received and I can only warmly recommend Ms. Blum. She is worth every penny.

When selling the apartment, the 'home staging', i.e. the individual and extremely tasteful furnishing, increased the sales success. The property could thus be presented in a much more appealing and convincing way, prospective buyers were able to view the apartment virtually - a decisive advantage especially in Corona times - and make a well-founded preliminary decision. As a result, the apartment was sold faster and at a higher price.
