We have been using the system for a few months now, after the test phase we were quite satisfied with the handling and are still very happy with our decision. The system convinces us especially with the ease of use and the cloud POS system. This saves us a lot of working time and we can train future employees in the POS software ourselves... If we have any questions, the service team is also always quickly available in case there are any uncertainties on our part.

For our building materials business, which we took over from our uncle, we were looking for a compact and modern POS system. After thinking about it for a while, I decided on ready2order, because it convinced me in terms of technical features and price. I must also say that we are still satisfied, everything works as it should in our business. In the event of previous uncertainties, we were quickly helped by customer service.

I use it very little, because almost everything runs on account with me - now to stop the flexible model overnight I do not find great at all and was certainly only made to catch customers - the system is comparable with many others - the unique selling point of a flexible payment they have eliminated itself - I am very disappointed about it.

I've been a customer for 2 years and have been very satisfied so far. If something doesn't work technically, the employees there always take care of it immediately (and honestly: in which hotline don't you have to wait a few minutes...). And when I found out that they have a detailed support page with all kinds of articles and instructions, I could also save myself a lot of time (;

We have been using the product for 1 year in a small hair salon with 3 employees, are extremely satisfied and have already recommended it several times.
The integration of Sumup has modernized and simplified our range of payment methods in a customer-oriented way.
The checkout process is just as easy and fast to use as the merchandise management and the daily closing.
We have an up-to-date view of our figures and our tax advisor is thrilled with the clean data and the fast delivery via data export and printout.
The configuration of the master data could be a bit more clearly arranged and thematically organized.
The product with its ingenious openness for the various platforms, IOS we use in the business, MacOS and Web we use in the back office, should in turn be more open for other products, such as Shyftplan, etc..
