Dr. Schäfer provided me with comprehensive advice in the event of a claim for my occupational disability insurance, accompanied and corrected the application, and moderated and managed the communication with the insurance company. He never got carried away with optimistic promises and always assessed the chances of success with the necessary sense of proportion. I felt that he gave me honest advice and represented me well. In the end, the application for benefits was granted without objection. Thank you very much!

Thank you for your assessment. We brought a claim for occupational disability benefits against Allianz and Generali Lebensversicherung before the Hagen Regional Court. After an expert opinion obtained by the court had only confirmed the occupational disability to a limited extent, but - as we were able to show - contained numerous errors and deficiencies, we were able to reach a very good settlement with both insurers and thus successfully concluded the matter.
