Last year in November 2024, I contacted the Grubwinkler law firm in total desperation because the police did not comply with the applicable law/legislation or procedures.
It was about an alleged drunk driving incident that no one could witness and did not take place.
I was taken to the police in handcuffs without the routine procedure and a blood sample was taken without a court order and without sufficient suspicion.
I have already had an MPU because I was picked up by the police on foot and didn't want to come along.

I was investigated for criminal offense under the BtMG £29 with cannabis and preparations.
