I found the information evening very structured and well organized. I was also impressed by Mr. Westermann's eloquent manner, who was able to answer all questions convincingly. Of course, I already knew some of the tips, but there were also a few new suggestions.
Another positive aspect was the support provided by the notary.
If one considers that this event took place free of charge and at a work-friendly time for the participants, one can definitely speak of an unusual consulting service.
If we now still find a house through you, there is the sixth star! 😉

The events are always well organized with selected speakers, so that in any case you take something "home". In addition, there is the opportunity to ask questions about the topics in question as well as about things that may be unclear.

Rheingold Immobilien advised and supported me far beyond the normal level in the sale of my property. The gentlemen were available to me at all times and dealt with my questions and needs promptly. Their approach was respectful and appreciative, which I only realized afterwards, when I had to experience the opposite of service providers in the move with craftsmen. In the time from my decision to sell to the handover of the apartment, I felt in good hands and excellently looked after at Rheingold Immobilien at all times.
Rheingold Immobilien gave me the greatest gift with sales proceeds that far exceeded the estimated and thoroughly researched value of my property. In doing so, they acted fairly and several bidders were not played off against each other.
So, if I had another property in Cologne, I would realize the sale again with Rheingold Immobilien.
So I can recommend this real estate company to everyone with a clear conscience. You will not be disappointed.
