We installed a photovoltaic system with Rheinvolt—from the initial contact through to the (provisional) completion of the project, Rheinvolt delivered on all its promises. The collaboration with Strahlen Ernte regarding a heat pump that hasn’t yet been installed (due to time constraints) is also excellent. In my view, caution is especially advised with “door-to-door sales” (a Rheinvolt sales representative rang our doorbell). The consultation, the prompt submission of a complete quote for the PV system and heat pump, and the project kickoff were all thoroughly convincing. Additionally, it was important to us not to have to worry about anything. Rheinvolt also handled the administrative work and was always “very customer-focused.” Mr. Tusk, as the project manager, stayed in touch not only with the installers but also with us, providing constant updates and coordinating the next steps. Comprehensive consulting services for the transition to photovoltaics and heat pumps as a full-service package, with the added benefit that all grant applications, as well as cancellations and changes of registration with the energy providers, were handled or supported very effectively.
