Got it delivered on time. As for the product its effective, even for "off-brand" use. Used this to hold a knee brace up, rather than the traditional base for tape. While it was tough to get the neoprene brace off, it was worth it - the only way the brace would stay put (straps were ineffective).

Received on time and properly packaged and the product is genuine just as advertised. Although I've only just started using this about 2 weeks ago I can see a visible difference in certain areas of my skin like arms and neck. I have used other Beverly hills MD products and while they are a bit pricey I believe they're worth it.
