Trading runtik ea with XM broker for 1 month on deposit of $25k, +16% profit! Très sympa!

No stress, no watching charts all day. Just let it run overnight, sip my coffee, voilà - account grows quietly. Smart risk, no crazy swings. Gold can be wild, but this EA stays cool.

Price is a petit peu high… but hey, results are real. For chill trading without headaches - je recommande

Running since December. Had one scary drawdown mid-Jan ~8% when gold went crazy after Fed. But it recovered by end of month. Lesson learned: trust the algo, don't panic. 4 stars because support took 2 days to reply when I had install issue. EA itself honest 5 stars. DO BETTER SUPPORT!

You're also 100% right about support - 2 days is too long for an install issue, send your customer ID support@runtik.com and we will check the case. Not gonna lie, almost didn't buy because of price. But saw backtests on their site looked too good, so tested on demo 2 weeks. Demo matched live results on myfxbook. Trading 1.5 months now on real $7k, up $630. Not rich yet, but steady. One thing: it really only trades Gold. Asked support about majors, they told that this gap which runtik exploits is only on gold. Stick to XAUUSD.

This is not the first company where I bought an EA. A very good point is the transparency: live monitoring, full backtest results available for analysis. Everything is clear and open. Also important: Runtik EA works on the modern MT5 platform and does not use any external dll. Because of that, I could easily run it on the Metaquotes VPS, which is a really good solution!

Setup:
The EA itself is user-friendly: nice info panel, only a few settings, real plug & play. Yes, you must allow web requests to runtik.com, but this is clearly written in the settings, so no problem.

Performance:
I have been using it for one month now. With a $5,000 deposit, it made $492 profit, that is about 10%. On their Myfxbook monitoring, they show 9.26%, which is almost exactly what I got. Very good consistency!

Support:
After purchase, the EA was delivered immediately and automatically: perfect. But when I had a question, I waited 26 minutes for a reply from support. Not terrible, but... maybe they should hire one or two more people for the support team.

Final score: 9 out of 10.
I can recommend Runtik. Solid product, works as promised.
