On the pretext of giving to couple one voucher for a free hotel stay, we were conned into taking vip club membership of Rs.30K for 2 years.. Firstly, it is not free stay, as we have to pay Rs2k -3.5K for every day. They said that free voucher is valid for 6 months, but can be used during holidays and peak seasons only if we upsize to VIP membership.
They wrote and listed 4 local resorts, including MGM, for free day-outings 365 days of the year, Very next morning, the company team denied access to 2 of the 4 local resorts promised as saying those are for for higher packages of more than 5 years. They also did not give a copy of what was written while explaining too is, though they told repeatedly they will do.
The same team did not leave us for even a single second to discuss amongst ourselves despite requesting them.
Our initial impressions are certainly are of being let down and I am doubtful if these people will ever be standing by their promises of free breakfast and free sight seeing during holidays or even provide provide any accommodation in 4 Star or 5 star resorts. ( They said they have done local 3 start budget stays).
On the whole, it is better to see what is the experience with free holiday stay and NOT to fall into trap of membership, as they change their versions quickly and appear non-trust worthy. Be cautious with this company.
