Ms. Fels is simply great! She has the perfect mix of coaching, (Gestalt) therapy and energy work including specialization in high sensitivity. The combination is a real stroke of luck and hardly to be found anywhere like this.
Ms. Fels is extremely competent. I am always amazed at how quickly she grasps my issues, that she knows exactly what is going on inside me (even before I say it), that we sometimes solve issues sooo easily that I had been struggling with for ages or that I found quite difficult, and also at how much we always manage to do in one session.
She accompanied me in my worst phase of life where my deepest traumas were triggered. Through her I managed to get completely new perspectives, resolve issues at the root, befriend my suppressed emotions and deal with myself and my inner child much more gently and lovingly. She stood by me with advice and support and had clarity and always appropriate tools at hand even in the most confusing situations. Especially for my high sensitivity this was an absolute game changer. Especially her energetic work/cleansing is also incredibly helpful and healing.
Ms. Fels just always felt exactly what was just on/important. Be it psychotherapeutic or energetic work as well as supervision or coaching.
If you really want to work on your issues in depth, you have come to the right place.
Without her I would not be where I am today, fortunately. I was able to recover after my burnout, keep my job (which was at risk) and learn completely new ways of behaving and working that are good for me. I am infinitely grateful for her competence, her empathy, her gentle yet clear manner and can only recommend her from the bottom of my heart.
