A very pleasant contact with Mr. Schneidewind. The viewing of the apartment was informative - the advantages, but also minor disadvantages of the property were clearly stated. Mr. Schneidewind gave open information about the circumstances of the sale and the prospects of a possible use of the property for the buyers with regard to renting or a later own use. This already gave the impression that Mr. Schneidewind was handling the acquisition competently, comprehensively and prudently.

I had visited a property with Mr. Schneidewind. You really can't do anything wrong there. You get comprehensive advice about the property and the financing. Mr. Schneidewind really leaves no questions unanswered. You get an overview of the follow-up costs and a detailed explanation. I've never had such a friendly real estate agent and such a detailed visit.

I have had several visits with different companies. I clearly noticed that the quality of Mr. Schneidewind's advice was by far the best compared to the competition. Advantages and disadvantages of the property are shown, nice savings and relocation tips, which you usually only get from friends and acquaintances, but not usually from a broker, up to a cost breakdown, which are incurred in a purchase. Whether it becomes this real estate, plays thereby no role. The liking of the property/price is ultimately also a subjective decision.
Based on the comparison, almost every viewing outside of Schneidewind now strikes me as dull and lackluster. This has left a positive impression.
