We have rented Villa Rio del Mar from Seabim and our initially high expectations based on the pictures in the internet were exceeded.
Every detail in the house is arranged for a perfect view on the river. Highlight was the dock with tiki-hut where we spend several hours every day in order to enjoy the view as well as some dolphin encounters at the dock.

First off, Lars from Seabim was amazing with his communication. My wife and I love Cape Coral and stayed at the Belarticia. The area to get to this house is very nice. The neighborhood itself was incredibly quiet!! The pool was 3 feet long, so if you actually like to swim, instead of just having room to stand, it was a treat! We love to swim, so a large pool was extremely important to us. This is one of the only sites I saw that would include the pool size in their description of the property. As in any rental, there are always a few minor negatives. The power shade going out to the pool area went out our last day. The tv in the living room was difficult to figure out how to use. If they were to include operating instructions, that would be helpful. Again, minor things. On to the good things, which were many. A very clean house with a lot of room. The master bathroom was huge and was well thought out. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice closet to hang your clothes with plenty of hangers. The refrigerator was very clean and the ice machine was working properly with fresh ice. In our last four rentals, I ended up cleaning the filthy ice machines, so this was a treat! There were plenty of kitchen gadgets to use during our week and a half stay. It was just my wife and myself, so we didn't use the other bedrooms or bathroom. We liked it so much and tried booking it for next year, but it was already reserved. Seabim has numerous homes in the area to choose from.

wir haben im Mai 2025 für 8 Tage das Haus "Biarritz" angemietet. Die Beratung von Lars Rotthaus , sowie der Buchungsprozess war einwandfrei. Das beschriebene Haus erfüllte voll unsere Erwartungen. Alles hatte seinen Platz; es war sehr sauber. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl im Haus.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist einwandfrei.

My husband and I took our family to Glamerossi in Cape Coral for a week in February 2025. From the moment we walked in the front door we were blown away. The home is beautiful and is equipped with everything you need to make it your home away from home. We had 11 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to spend time together or go off on your own and have some quiet. The lanai area and dock area are spectacular! Lots of seating around the pool and hot tub and the outdoor kitchen and bar is a great bonus. Our grandkids fished off the dock everyday and we even saw a manatee swim right under the dock. A great week away - we will definitely book with Lars and his team again.

The house we rente for Christmas week was ZANTOLLA in Cape Coral. It was clean and very well fitted out, especially the kitchen. Everything, including bedding, towels, crockery and cutlery was high quality. Pool, hot tub and easy access to the canal were much appreciated. Shortly after we arrived, I spoke to Seabim agent and he actually took my call on Christmas Day. Heimo came around the next morning and showed us how to use pool and hot tub control. The book of information was accurate and helpful. I would definitely use Seabim again.

We rented Villa Glamerossi, a 5 bedroom fantastic villa in Cape Coral. We have been taking a family vacation to Cape Coral from North Carolina every winter for the last 6 years. Everyone in the family said that this is the best house we have ever rented. It has everything. The younger generation enjoyed the media room, we had family pool tournaments on the billiards table, we swam in the pool every day and used the spa every evening. The spa heater was much faster than at other houses. My son and grandson fished from the dock every day and every night. The proximity to the spreader made for excellent fishing--there was even an osprey who joined them every evening perched on the boat lift! They saw manatees and dolphin every day. Each evening we gathered on the rooftop deck for a sundowner cocktai and to enjoy the magnificent view of the sunset over the mangroves. We will definitely be back, and are already planning our 2025 return trip.
Everyone at Seabim was very helpful. A great house and a great management company to work with!

We stayed at Seabim property Glamerossi in Caoe Coral Fl. This is the 2nd year in a row we've started at a Seabim priory and both times have been outstanding. The houses are luxurious, and outfitted nicely for a wonderful vacation. The guest consultant was easy to deal with, quick to respond, and always helpful when needed. From the begining the entire rental process was simple and easy. The House is beautiful, it is located way back in the Southwest corner of Cape Coral on the canal with no homes across from it. It is a very quiet and peaceful area. Pool was great rooms were nice and beds were comfy. Only had one tiny problem when we were ther and Seabim resovled it very quickly. I will rent this place again!

Seabim is unique. We have been visiting Cape Coral for 7 years and for 7 years in a row have booked our
houses exclusively with Seabim. From the booking, to the on-site support and
the cleanliness of the houses, everything is just right here. Reservations are made easily by
e-mail, the deposit and final payment are made via a simple portal, the documents are sent very
documents very promptly before arrival and the support service is great. We had no real problems
problems with the houses we have booked. Even during Hurricane IAN, we felt safe
and well looked after. We can only recommend Seabim - Sea Breeze International.

House "Laperylf" from 5.5. to 12.5.2024 as a family
We would book through Seabim again at any time. The service was fabulous from the moment we booked. The house itself was superbly furnished and also very clean. You immediately noticed that the management by Mr. Rotthaus or Mr. Langenbach himself took care of the rented house that everything is in order. The dishes such as pots, pans, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc. were in excellent condition (almost like new) as well as the gas grill by the pool, which is not always the case in other houses or apartments We felt very comfortable there and could have stayed longer. It's a shame that there are only houses like this in Cape Coral. Should we ever vacation in this area again, we will definitely book through Seabim again.
We can only say that we can recommend Seabim 150%.
