Recently I was a participant in Sigrid's GLÜCKSKIND® yoga class, for me the very first yoga class ever in my life. That meant first of all arriving and getting involved with something new. The start was perfect because Sigrid made it very easy for me as a yoga newcomer: from the preliminary clarification of my individual "aches and pains" to the reminder via WhatsApp to the musically relaxed arrival and start before the class itself.
These 45 minutes of yoga did me a lot of good, I could follow Sigrid's explanations about Zoom very well, felt immediately integrated and comfortable in the group. Individually she corrected my execution and gave me yoga beginner valuable tips.
I was very positively surprised by this hour, it flew by and directly improved my physical well-being. Anyone who, like me, doubts whether yoga is something and even more so whether it goes online, should simply try it out and let it work on you.
