I have and would recommend this course at any time because the course is very child-friendly and the whole movement training is professionally competent and because the success so far, i.e. the positive changes in my daughter (from March to now) are great. I wouldn't have thought that before and was even skeptical at first because I had never heard of reflex integration and only came across it by chance because I was looking for further support for my daughter. However, the Rexi Rockstars website was very appealing right from the start because it not only provided very detailed information on the subject but also a list of literature to help you get to grips with the topic. I also really liked the offer of the free online test. Only after reading two books on the subject and taking the online test was I convinced that this could be the key to solving many of the problems my daughter had and still has, which is why I booked the course. Even though I know that the costs are not easily affordable for many people, I have to say that this course is more than worth the money. My daughter's main problem is major muscular and graphomotor problems that are not caused by illness, which is why I was looking for additional support because conventional occupational therapy and physiotherapy had reached their limits, so in the end hardly any progress was made. Thanks to Rexi Rockstars, my gross motor skills in particular have improved dramatically. Now things are also slowly improving in the graphomotor area. My daughter has also quickly noticed how her muscles are improving and the exercises are doing her good. Even if it is not always easy to do the exercises every day, the success so far shows that it was and is worth every effort and I am more than happy that I came across Rexi Rockstars. I hope that this program will help many more children who seem to have behavioral problems and developmental delays without a disease-related cause.

We started with Rexi Rockstars because our son had school problems. After eight months, you can see huge progress and an incredible advancement. The individual exercises are explained both in writing and via video. Possible mistakes are pointed out so that you can consciously pay attention to them. In addition, you can register for a personal consultation at any time. Here Silke and her team, together with other members, are available to give advice and support. It is nice that you can profit from the experiences of others. The forum is also a great help. You can report your problems with the exercises or with the motivation and get help from the team and the forum members, so that it is easier to continue the program. I can highly recommend this program. Our son has only benefited from it, even if it was often difficult for him to do the exercises. After 2 weeks at the latest, this was no longer a problem. His writing and concentration have improved. His body tension has improved and he swims faster than ever before. I would do this program again and again if problems arise.

I did the course together with my two children. The exercises are easy to understand and generally simple to perform. The booklet is very appealing to children and the stickers motivate them to continue. The videos also explain in detail how to do each exercise and what to look out for. I especially liked the video discussions, where you could clarify any questions.
It has been very helpful for all three of us. My daughter has made great progress in school and has gained in self-confidence, which of course has had a positive effect on her enjoyment of learning. I myself got rid of my fear of heights, among other things.
I can only recommend it to everyone - you wouldn't believe what a great effect such simple exercises can have. I am happy every day that my daughters now find many things easier. Even though I only did the exercises for my children, they have also had a great effect on me.

By chance we came across Silke's online course. While looking for exercises to improve concentration, I stumbled across the online questionnaire. Although I had never heard of Reflex Integration before, I signed us up right away because many factors applied to us.
From the beginning, the course seemed very professional and super organized. In addition to online videos, there is also a booklet (with motivational stickers) and other documents explaining the exercises. If there are still questions or they arise in the course of time, there is always the possibility to use the forum or a consultation hour. Within a short time one receives competent feedback from Silke and her team in this way. Despite the distance, we feel very well taken care of and are happy that we can incorporate the exercises into our day as it suits us.
So far, we have seen changes mainly in the areas of coordination and self-confidence, as well as in reading. We are curious to see how it will continue.

I really enjoyed the course. Silke puts her heart and soul into it and gets her content across in the same way. Even if the appointments in the evening are sometimes exhausting, the course is still ideal to manage next to work. Furthermore, there is always the possibility to watch a video of the life call again and to work on it if you were already too tired. I would recommend Silke anytime!!!

I have been working with early childhood reflexes for a long time and with different programs to integrate them afterwards.
I finally decided to complete my further education as a Reglex Integration Trainer with Silke Krämer I Coaching and Reglex Integration.
I have never regretted this decision.
The training is structured in a highly professional way. You get super input and are challenged not only to teach the content but also to understand it. It is really important to Silke Krämer that you understand your craft at the end and I find that very valuable.

I have participated in the training as a reflex trainer.
Positive is the marketing and the presentation of the whole brand.
Negative for me is that the whole system is absolutely impractical for me personally. Hardly any family will keep it up to do the exercises 5 times a week for 9 months. Some of the exercises are also far too complicated. I also don't like the fact that it's a system that only really starts with children over 6 years old. It would be helpful to have all reflexes integrated before the child starts school, that would make sense. However, this would require other exercises and a playful design. When I was practicing the individual modules with the children, I kept getting the feedback that it was boring, and that is absolutely not the way I work. It's also a pity that you have to buy the material you need for the application per child afterwards. This creates a dependency and I find that absolutely inappropriate.
Personally, I have now signed up for another training on the subject of early childhood reflexes, in the hope that this is practical and also really implementable.

Silke has led the course super, she explained the content very understandable and took a lot of time for our questions. The structure of the course was clearly structured and contained a lot of information for practice that could be implemented immediately. The explanatory videos were also simple and understandable and very suitable for immediate implementation.
