I have ordered the Frieda stilt house.

During assembly, we discovered that there was a number written in ballpoint pen on the inside of the house wall. This is a visible side!

Furthermore, the wrong squared timbers were supplied, which means that the roof cannot be attached.

Both prevented us from continuing with the construction of the house and the attachments are blocking the garage.

Mistakes happen, but what I find impossible is that you are left alone with this problem!

We are put off by telephone and told that the complaints department will get back to us today. However, you only receive an email that a ticket has been opened and are put off for days without receiving any help or a solution, let alone an answer.

An unnecessary waste of time and extra work at the customer's expense!

Great playhouse with swing and slide

Our children love the playhouse Tobi!

It is played every day and looks stylish 😊

We had the carpenter build it for us. It took him about 5-6 hours.
The painters (two of them) then took about 4 hours the following day (so about 8 hours total).

The design of the tower is unique and really meets expectations. There is nothing to complain about. However, the construction and planning unfortunately leaves much to be desired. It is supplied only wood, instructions and cheap quality screws. No more and no less. Especially with the quality of the screws should be the safety in the foreground. Little is to be expected from customer service. By phone almost never available and the answers by e-mail need patience and are not answered customer and problem-oriented. Too bad.

We recommend the play tower because the design is really great, but you should be aware that the effort for the assembly is quite time-consuming. Professional know-how is definitely necessary and the additional purchase of screws in higher quality is necessary. Likewise, additional wood for reinforcing the floors is recommended.

A better customer orientation would be recommended

Tobi and cultivation balcony were ordered before Easter with the request to deliver the same week. The team went all out and they made it happen. Impressive how good the handshake is between Spielgeräte4you and the logistics companies. The phone support is also unparalleled.
After everything was delivered on the Thursday before Easter, I immediately set about inspecting the material. Everything was flawless and as in the description. Yes here and there small cracks in the wood but it is a natural product and I am very pleased with the quality. The construction took a little longer (3 days) because I was alone and still built a platform underneath. Now it is finished and so far my son thanks me daily for his great new playhouse.
I don't think I could have found a better offer which could compete in the categories price-performance and service.

We had decided on the stilt house Tobi XXL. Delivered was somewhat delayed, but then everything arrived intact.
The screw material is somewhat scarce. Therefore, we had purchased additional to mount everything bombproof. Also other parts such as the roofing felt was delivered so scarce as a blank that we have replaced it with another.
The wood quality is in the lower range, but I would still rate it a 3 if you read other reviews on alternative playhouses.
The accessory material is just a bit poor. If you want to build it nice and practical you can not avoid getting a few little things in the hardware store to perfect it.
The customer service is praiseworthy. Any missing or defective parts will be delivered. All in all, very arranged in terms of efforts to the customer about.

The overall grade would see at as 2.4

The stated delivery time, was slightly exceeded. I was told that I had not given my phone number for the shipping company and therefore the delivery time had increased. After it was clarified I also promptly got a call from the shipping company. The construction of the swing tower Alex went to third also uncomplicated and the two boys are now also times again in the fresh air :-)
