I was particularly impressed by how quickly Stefan Spies was able to respond to each participant individually and noticeably improve their speaking style and appearance. Stefan selected and coordinated the many practical exercises perfectly. His analysis of the execution was always to the point. Stefan's constructive criticism and practical tips could be implemented immediately by all participants. As a result, everyone was able to make amazing progress the very next time they performed the exercise.

The great advice and insider tips on the structure and presentation of a talk showed us how much can still be optimized in this area. Stefan has a lot of experience in this area and is excellent at explaining to each individual in an easy-to-understand way how they can impress the audience with their presentation.

The two days with Stefan were really very exciting and profitable for me. I can recommend him to you as a coach without reservation.

As I already knew Stefan Spies and his work from the past, I had high expectations of the two seminar days - these were not only fulfilled, but exceeded by far. You don't learn simple tricks here, but fundamental principles that help you to improve your own performance in the long term. I would particularly like to emphasize the strong focus on rehearsing/practicing - in addition to my own progress, it was fascinating to observe how quickly strong improvements became visible (and audible) in the other seminar participants from session to session.

Most seminars only touch on topics briefly and a few weeks after these seminars you forget most of what you have learned. Here, fewer topics were discussed, but in much greater depth. Thanks to the many rehearsals of the training content, the constructive feedback from the group and from Stefan Spies, the topics learned here stay with you for much longer. I can only warmly recommend this training to everyone.

The training sessions with Stefan are just great! I like the very high practical component, that you can try out a lot and learn from the performances of others. It temporarily takes you out of your comfort zone, but in the long term it creates a greater comfort zone in your everyday working life. These training courses in small groups are highly recommended!

Within a short space of time, the presentation of various roles and situations provided comprehensible examples for a better performance. The involvement of the audience through contributions and participation in various role plays was very good.

Thank you for the valuable and entertaining keynote on high and low status. It was practical and very easy to implement. A real added value!

A very lively and practical seminar.

The 2 days with Stefan really helped me personally. I now know my own voice much better, which helps me to act more professionally in presentations and conversations. The training was very practical and consisted of many exercises that are close to everyday work, which I think prepares me optimally for future challenges. In addition, it was particularly nice that Stefan, in addition to his professionalism and expertise, also brings a lot of cordiality. I have rarely felt so well looked after and cared for in a training course. In summary: The on-site training was super, simply very entertaining and my colleagues noticed a difference right away on Monday. I can therefore recommend the training without reservation.

I attended the 2-day Impact Seminar with Stefan Spies and was VERY enthusiastic. In the small group, Stefan gave each individual helpful tips on appearance and behavior in a comprehensible way. After initial skepticism, I particularly enjoyed the practical units and found them helpful. It was an all-around successful two days and I am looking forward to applying what I learned in my professional and private life.

I have completed all 5 coaching modules with Stefan Spies and I am thrilled: Stefan is a great coach, humorous, direct, his feedback is always to the point. It is fun to work with him. Stefan Spies' trainings are intensive and effective due to the small groups and the many, very individual practice sessions. I had many "eye-opening"-moments and put what I learned into practice every day. This is very effective and motivating. I can recommend Stefan's trainings without reservation.

I had the pleasure of participating in Stefan Spies' CONVINCE / LEAD / SPEAK / PRESENT / SUCCEED program. The training was refreshingly different and extremely helpful for my professional and personal life. Stefan created an open and motivating atmosphere that encouraged me to take on new perspectives and develop creative solutions to challenges.

The group composition was ideal and allowed for interesting conversations and contacts with other participants. The location in the heart of Munich was modern and well equipped, which contributed to a pleasant learning atmosphere.

Overall, Stefan Spies' trainings are highly recommended - a great experience that is of great benefit both professionally and privately.

I participated in the 5-day Academy Training and can only recommend it to everyone. Each day was individually tailored to the participants and thus even more valuable for me. I found it particularly positive that the techniques were used again and again in different situations during the training. Continuous feedback and improvement approaches helped me to improve things further with each run-through.

With some time to go, I can say that the training has a very positive effect and I use a lot of things every day without even thinking about it.

For me it was very worthwhile and I will certainly do more training.
