It was simple - that's the best thing I can ever say lol! Dawn came and laid out the steps to get the house sold. I separated the things I was taking with me and left everything else for them to donate or clean out. The closing was exactly on the day I wanted it and no surprises - perfect. Would def recommend these guys to anyone !

I was worried - I had so much of my mother's stuff piled everywhere in the house. Summit brought in 3 guys and helped me clean it out and organize what I was going to keep. They bought the house with no fuss, no muss. Can't thank Jack enough!

jack and the whole company delivered exactly what they said they would. We sold our house without all the roof repairs that had created a mess for us. What a relief-we got to tell them when we were ready to go and they closed the day before. Perfect !
