No personal availability this morning, after 10:42 minutes you are automatically disconnected from the queue, which is usually also connected to the main extension -0. For a municipal, tax-funded company, this is an embarrassing picture.

Recommendation
In my eyes is ripped off in an apartment delivery, I find very shameful. Had wallpapered apartment with woodchip and painted 2 times with white, then we were told at the appointment that was not painted over the entire area.We were offered a painting company, which should paint the apartment, or we should paint the apartment again completely within 2 days. In the end, we should pay 200 euros, then the matter would be settled.shameful as the tenants are put under pressure. Should actually report times to the tenant association, whether soetwas is right.

We had rented the guest apartment at Moskauer Str. 5 in Schönebeck for 2 nights and are absolutely satisfied. Beautiful, cozy, quiet apartment, clean, just great! We will come again!

Absolutely 0 compliance with duties as a mediator.
No action after noise complaint. Stupid answers by email with clear statement of disinterest to warn or otherwise despite complaint for weeks months. Swb is only money oriented nothing else. This can also be seen in many apartments / blocks.

Despite several inquiries, a return info agreed in week 30 regarding a new building complex where we were supposedly pre-registered for 2 apartments was not given. We are still waiting. Last year, we had expressed interest in 2 apartments that were then supposedly reserved for us. I have already asked several times about the status last time in July. Statement was that one makes just an apartment allocation to the interested parties and one takes up contact with us in week 30. We are waiting in vain until today and will not rent any of the overpriced apartments there.
