I cannot understand the good reviews. I have been trying in vain for about 3 weeks to have my daughter's health insurance reactivated after her voluntary social year abroad and to get an insurance certificate so that she can enroll for studies for the winter semester. According to Ms. Caesar, my daughter would have to email her to let her know that she wanted to be insured again starting in September. She would then forward this to Barmenia. My daughter did the same on 6/21. To be on the safe side, I asked after a week, whereupon Ms. Caesar confirmed that everything was forwarded by her and that it can take up to 14 days. Today (07.07.) I called directly to Barmenia and learned there that a) nothing has arrived there at all and b) the way is also completely wrong, because the insurance contract is in the name of her mother (civil servant) and therefore this must make the application. Quite great advice.
Many greetings to Eichwalde

I am sorry that you have not yet received a reply from my colleagues at headquarters. I have just emailed your daughter's mail to my contact person again, with the request that it be processed quickly. Sandra is of age, so she can see to it on her own that her health insurance is reactivated. I am still at your daughter's disposal and of course at yours as well.
Best regards
