Rental Criteria and Application Process
To rent one of our homes, we require that applicants meet specific criteria. One prospect must earn three times the rent, while two adult prospects should collectively earn at least two times the rent. We also look for a minimum of 70% good credit. For college students, we accept co-signers. The application process is straightforward; simply complete the application form and submit it along with your two most recent paycheck stubs. We conduct a comprehensive verification of income, employment, rental history, and credit.
Property Management Services
Our property management services are designed to simplify the rental experience for both landlords and tenants. We collect monthly rents and disburse them electronically to our clients. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, with residents encouraged to email us for any issues. We charge a flat fee during the lease-up period when homes are vacant and a percentage of the rent once they are occupied, with no hidden fees for maintenance requests.
