I run a small fragrance store here in NY under the name Olfactory NYC, and honestly, working with The Tech Designers has been a solid experience overall. These guys really know what they’re doing when it comes to design and branding everything felt clean, modern, and actually aligned with what my business needed, not just some generic template work.

Communication was smooth, timelines were mostly on point, and they handled specially Ray feedback like pros. I didn’t feel like “just another client,” which is rare these days. There were a couple minor delays, but nothing crazy and they made sure to fix things properly instead of rushing.

If you’re looking for a team that understands both design and business perspective, they’re definitely worth it. Not perfect, but definitely reliable and skilled. Solid 5 stars from me 👍
