Thomas really helped our team, which consists of a wide variety of trades, to work more effectively. The level of trust was very high and you could approach him at any time. Many existing but inappropriate processes have been abolished and replaced by more efficient ones. I perceive the changes as sustainable and even agile "critics" have helped to shape improvements.
