I can recommend Mr. Kusch as a coach with full conviction. It is an absolute enrichment to be able to learn from him. He has a very good sense of how to help you. I am completely satisfied. I was at the point where my anxiety disorder broke out again and my treating psychiatrist only prescribed medication that didn't help and I was even in danger of becoming addicted. Short-term outpatient therapy was impossible with the waiting list and I couldn't even be admitted as an inpatient because there were no places available.

Thanks to the Bernhardt method, I saw a glimmer of light for the first time in weeks. Because I wanted to back up the positive impressions with a strong positive experience, I decided to see a therapist who uses the Bernhardt Method. That's how I came across Mr. Kusch.

I wrote to him about my problem and a few minutes later on a Sunday he called me back and immediately made me feel that I was in good hands.
The customer service was extremely courteous, friendly and offered far more than I expected. Despite the long drive, I was able to find an appointment that felt good.
Mr. Kusch took more time, but did not charge more than agreed.

It was exactly what I had hoped for: an incisive experience that touched and inspired me deeply and encouraged me to live my life in a self-determined and happy way from now on. Even painful memories and fears that came up while working with my subconscious were gently picked up by him and he gave them a new, happy ending.

To summarize: If you are ready to change your mindset and thereby also factors in your own life in order to live a self-determined and happy life and if you want to align your own compass needle with your own goals, then Mr. Kusch is definitely the right person for you. He has taken me from "I don't know what to do" to "I know exactly where I want to go".

As a mother of 2 children (7&9 years) I managed to ignore my body in 2 years to such an extent that I ended up with a hormonally controlled anxiety disorder at the beginning of the year and from then on I couldn't do anything anymore.

My body was so sensitive that it completely escalated at the slightest stress trigger, as well as antidepressants. I also struggled more and more each week with the antihypertensives, which of course brought immediate calm, but didn't lead to a solution.

Since all the therapies in the area were not available in a timely manner and were mostly only based on tablets, I was looking for a way to manage it without further side effects and so, after some searching, I came across Thomas Kusch. My salvation.

He really managed to make me understand why all this was happening around me. With his calm and competent manner, he shattered all my skepticism that I had built up a long time before and, with his 10-phrase method, took away this terrible fear within 2 weeks. I am now in week 3, can eat normally again, am hardly cramped and am enjoying the here and now again. Thanks to him, I was also able to phase out the antihypertensives and now realize when situations are too much for me and can take direct countermeasures.

I am full of confidence again that everything is now turning out well. I am infinitely grateful that he was and is always there for me. I have already recommended him and will recommend him to anyone who needs help. Just infinitely grateful.

Mr. Kusch is really a very pleasant person and gives me a feeling of security because he is always available for me. I think it's great how he takes his time and always has a good approach for the next step. The Bernhardt Method helps me to control my panic attacks. Thank you very much Mr. Kusch!

My daughter has emetophobia and some other panic cards resulting from it. I did a lot of research and we came across the Bernhardt Method. We contacted the institute directly and were recommended several therapists for children - including Mr. Kusch. Mr. Kusch is very down-to-earth and always brings our daughter back to reality. Above all, further development and recovery is the goal, not methods of dealing with the illness. Consistency is the key word. Then there is also the fastest and greatest development.

I can only recommend Mr. Kusch 100%. He takes his time, has great solutions and responds to you individually. It's definitely worth it!

Mr. Kusch helped me to discover my self-confidence in the best sense of the word - thanks to his help, I have managed to walk through life with ease (again) and to discover who I am (not *the one* with the panic attacks or the anxiety disorder), what is good for me and finally, how I can love and live myself and my life with self-determination. Unlike a therapist I had seen before, Mr. Kusch did not label me with a diagnosis and leave me alone, but gave me very practical tools to help myself.
